Flaky Failed and passed on the same commit: noise from a poorly isolated or timing-dependent test.

Regression caught Fixed by a change that didn't touch the test: the test caught a real bug.

Test changed Fixed by editing the test itself: an intentional change, or a brittle test.

Still failing The test is still failing.

Resolved Passed again on a new commit, but the client didn't report changed files (upgrade flakytest).
